Pros
Basic benefits, non matching 401k, and federal holidays.
Cons
No structure, no training, no motivation, no raise, and a bonus which is 4% of your salary with 2% being in cash and 2% being in stock which is vested 33% each year over 3 years (i.e. a couple hundred dollars a year). Management lies, so there is no trust. Layoffs at the same time as bonuses are announced. Just a miserable place to work.
