Pros
Pay is ok. Snacks are often in the kitchen, especially wine and gift baskets from clients. I was mostly left alone, so good for introverts.
Cons
Insurance is terrible - Ex: My annual wellness exam was covered one year, but not the second, even though I went to the same doctor's office and they said they billed it the exact same way. Spent hours on the phone trying to sort it out over several months. HR seems to think that providing online health support in the form of articles and questionnaires should be enough to substitute for in-person care. Everyone I worked with was a workaholic.
