They hire managers with no experience. It's a truly unprofessional environment. You could have a broker demand things to be done that day even though you have so much on your plate. There is no protection or process between the little worker bee that they see us as and them.

When I first joined Newmark in 2021 I could not have been more happy with the company, my manager, leadership, compensation, growth, and opportunities
Cons
The company made the decision to replace US based workers with employees based in Mexico so that they could offer lower wages. It was extremely disappointing to find that after almost five years with the company that I would be replaced by employees who could afford to accept lower wages.
