      Pros

      Large company with many divisions that can support your efforts.

      Cons

      Badly managed. Fractured management. Micromanaged Really bad benefits. $900 total 401k match. High healthcare out of pocket. Directionless. Non supportive, dishonest environment. You are on your own. Many, many businesses that are not integrated. Employees not valued. Right now company is in significant financial distress IT service is amazingly poor.

      Pros

      When I first joined Newmark in 2021 I could not have been more happy with the company, my manager, leadership, compensation, growth, and opportunities

      Cons

      The company made the decision to replace US based workers with employees based in Mexico so that they could offer lower wages. It was extremely disappointing to find that after almost five years with the company that I would be replaced by employees who could afford to accept lower wages.
