      Lots of individual freedom to manage projects

      Cons

      No one is held accountable , specially management ; Complete disorganization from a company PMO perspective . The project model is more sales than project management integrity. A gift to gab will always be more rewarded than knowledge in the field . Does not meet market salaries . No PMI principles or value of a PMP from a company perspective .

      Pros

      When I first joined Newmark in 2021 I could not have been more happy with the company, my manager, leadership, compensation, growth, and opportunities

      Cons

      The company made the decision to replace US based workers with employees based in Mexico so that they could offer lower wages. It was extremely disappointing to find that after almost five years with the company that I would be replaced by employees who could afford to accept lower wages.
