Pros

Can't think of any pros

Cons

CT market leader has poor leadership skills; VP and AVP have no ethical compass - will rather turn a blind eye to obvious building code violations rather than "ruffle" the feathers of the client; poor training offered at hire; AVP lacks leadership skills but was put in charge of developing a team because the VP refuses to (she has admittedly stated that she has no tolerance for developing a team); VP built a very bad portfolio, filled with extensive issues but wouldn't properly staff to ensure property success - instead, she demanded staff work extra hours at all times; office had a bad vibe most of the time because the VP was always in a crappy mood due to her inability to effectively due her job.

Pros

When I first joined Newmark in 2021 I could not have been more happy with the company, my manager, leadership, compensation, growth, and opportunities

Cons

The company made the decision to replace US based workers with employees based in Mexico so that they could offer lower wages. It was extremely disappointing to find that after almost five years with the company that I would be replaced by employees who could afford to accept lower wages.
