Pros
I enjoyed my coworkers, ability to wear different hats, and additional perks that other companies don't usually have.
Cons
Management claimed in interview that innovation was encouraged, but once hired, it was more micromanaging. Expectations were all over the place and excellent work was never recognized. But anything negative was always pointed out. There was also no real flexibility in other lifestyles (like working parent) and zero training.
