Pros
Good benefits, though they continue to erode. Depending upon the department and manager, some are much better than others. Stay away from IT and accounting. Terrible leadership! If you can even call it that.
Cons
Terrible atmosphere of fear, retaliation, lack of accountability, lack of progress. CIO literally yells at people, and acceptable since there have been numerous complaints to HR...IT dept is clueless and people are so far over their heads it's absurd. The egos are unparalled, but without cause or reason. People in upper positions act entitled, rushing to fix things for the execs, but leave the regular people to fend for themselves and without resources or tools.
