Cons

Political hierarchy. Minimal advancement opportunities. Second time in seven years they have outsourced. First time was a mistake and this time does not appear to be shaping up any better.

Cons

Management keeps taking away employee perks and seems to only want to hoard more of the wealth, Record gold prices yet we continue to have cuts and had multiple waves of layoffs... disgusting. No upward mobility
