You will get time and space to learn and grow. • Open communication within the company to share your views and ideas. • Yearly meet-ups for the folks to relax and enjoy they also take feedback there to improve not just technical side but also non-technical aspects like taxation • Regular checkin with employees for feedback. They do implement the feedbacks so this is a huge plus.
Cons
To be honest I felt that NP lacks only in terms of the compensation if you compare it with your peers it is not that big issue if you see all the Pros but still it is there. Good thing is they knew it and they are working on it.
