I joined NewPage 3 years ago, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed by the company. The leadership is fantastic and cool; they are very approachable, supportive, and inspiring. They do not act like typical bosses but rather like mentors and friends. The culture is amazing; it is very positive, friendly, and respectful. The work is exciting and impactful; it benefits patients to live happier, healthier, and longer. I enjoy working remotely here because it also has a flexible leave policy, so I can always manage my family and work together. I take advantage of the well-being programs and career acceleration programs that the company has.
Cons
Working remotely can sometimes be isolating and stressful. Sometimes, some unrealistic expectations or deadlines affect the work quality.
