Pros
There is a laid back dress down environment, its great for a starter position. It does offer a tolerable work life balance.
Cons
Management is terrible and non supportive, the customer service goals are unrealistic, the base pay & commission structure is very low compared to industry standard and the company does not give annual raises. The technology is slow and out of date, there is little to no room for advancement and there is no formal training offered for any of the positions- you are trained by your peers / co workers - that are not compensated for training new employees.
