Pros
Solid loan platform, well connected and experience senior leadership, good marketing support, and healthy compensation while able to offer affordable price to the consumers.
Cons
Vacuum in leadership and training, multiple lines of business causes each division to not acquire the consistent attention and support necessary from top to bottom. Corporate leaders have very little oversight of each regional management and how things are managed or mid-managed regionally. All UW is centralized for ease of control and management, yet it still has not been properly staffed for market and seasonal swings and consistent turn times. Too much distant between the street and senior leaders.
