      Friendly colleagues, free food, good location

      Cons

      The company is wasting money and resources on a TV network that no one watches, while its mobile app is a catastrophe. People are moving to mobile devices, but you'd never guess that working at Newsmax. Work hours are intentionally vague to keep people on the job too long. There's no respect for employees.

      Thank you for your comments. We have been working to build a stronger culture of success. Improvements in both TV and mobile are underway right now and will help improve the company as a whole. Also, the company has been able to offer cost of living pay increases for the past several years, but we are hoping to do better in the future.

      * Pay is good * Lack of micro-management

      Cons

      * Extremely chaotic with lack of help / resources * Because management is so hands off, you receive little feedback * Takes forever to get promoted * A lot of HR violations in the workplace
