Depressing Environment - Anonymous employee NewsMax Media Employee Review

The call center in west palm beach is run down and old, giving it a very depressing feel to it. Lights throughout the building are out, ceiling tiles are removed and it is dark throughout, it feels like your in someone's basement. This effects the environment and really depresses you. The communication of other co-workers and management is minimal and rather poor in my opinion. It is also dealing in a business that has a very poorly run warehouse, leaving people in the call center to answer for why orders aren't being fulfilled or processed after over a month from being placed.
