Pros
They pay well compared to other media outlets in the tri-state area, but that can leave you feeling trapped because you know you can't really get a comparable salary elsewhere.
Cons
Poor newsroom leadership. Editors allow their personal drama with each other to interfere with reporters actually collaborating. Most newsrooms encourage teamwork, we're all in this together mindset, not really the case here.
