Pros
The benefits were pretty good. Co workers were nice
Cons
The company says they care about their employees but they didn't care about the artists that did the ads. We got smaller and smaller raises associated with reviews. We would get decent reviews as long as a raise was not being offered. Then they would pick one aspect of your work just so they didn't have to give you a good raise. The most I ever got in a raise was 1.5 %. When the business was loosing money they fired artists. Never a supervisor. Favoritism was huge and work was not divided evenly. Also there was no appreciation. Negative feedback was all you got. Very rarely there would be a recognition, but more often you were torn apart by "constructive" criticism. No future advancement. Seniority didn't count at all.
