      Pros

      It was a fun and friendly environment. Everyone was really nice... on the other hand you do not learn a lot because they outsource most of their work... which does not really help you if you want to excel in the IT field.

      Cons

      No private space... everyone works together and consults with each other. The CEO can be a bit demanding.

      Not many, most went away over time

      Cons

      Micromanaging, forced to work in a closet where the buildings AC is off (if ur night shift) and everyone else is remote in your company. No growth opportunity
