This is a mission-based company that is growing quickly and helping solve climate change. Love working here because I feel like everyone who works with me really cares about me and the work we are doing.

Cons

This is a high-growth company so there is a lot of work to get done. It's meaningful and exciting but at times it can be overwhelming.

Great people and supportive culture. Genuinely feel like everyone wants to do their best, Benefits and pay are good but not great. Has a great safeharbor strategy in place, huge pipeline, and plans for project viability post-ITC.

Cons

Constantly looking to do things cheaper and faster, sometimes at the expense of quality. Outsourcing an increasing number of jobs overseas.
