Pros

The employees are smart and kind. The company is genuinely concerned with making the world a better place. There are opportunities for cross-functional work and learning. It's a good place to learn what it's like to be in the renewable energy developer space. The PTO policy is very flexible as long as you do your work and do it well.

Cons

The salary may not be as competitive as other similar companies, though this can be due to its high growth goals. Sometimes operations and data sharing can be unorganized and inefficient.

Nexamp Response

Nexamp contracts with several agencies across the US in its construction division. As he/she stated, this poster is a contractor with one of those agencies. The issues, while concerning for us, are related to the agency as their employer and not to Nexamp. We have limited control over policies and procedures that agencies put in place for their contractors. The poster clearly assumes they work directly for Nexamp; however they do not. I would like to request that this post be taken down as it inaccurately portrays pay practices at Nexamp. We also request the poster please reach out directly to Nexamp to provide feedback as we would like to address the agency for whom they work directly.
