Pros

Great people to work with

Cons

Could write a novella on how much of a disaster this company is. I worked there over 3 years and at one point worked 3 different jobs at once. After my years of loyalty, they fired my wonderful manager and the SVP lied about the manager being aware that their time at the company was ticking. I had no manager for 7 months and absolutely no direction or expectations were set. Then, they determined my role wasnt necessary and made up a bogus PIP with a bunch of things to fix that were systemic results of organizational incompetence (i.e accounting cant deposit checks correctly and somehow its CX ops fault). Despite me flagging these issues for years, it somehow became part of my PIP to fix these things well beyond my control that the SVP was too much of a coward to take accountability for. On top of that, they demoted my title so they didnt have to pay me the market rate.
