Your ideas and suggestions are, at best, completely ignored. * Extremely toxic work environment; leadership openly berates employees, occasionally outright mocking them. * Leadership is especially abusive towards sales reps, frequently yelling at them for minor mistakes. * Little to no proper training for the job. You are simply handed a set of tools and told to get to work.
