Here’s what I can share: • We don’t “walk away” from qualified candidates with disabilities. We look for ways to provide reasonable accommodation, and I can think of numerous employees with special needs that we have supported, consistent with client requirements. We also take allegations of harassment extremely seriously. • We believe that our pay structure is well within market; our high offer acceptance rate supports this belief. We’re also proud of a strong and transparent career framework which enables motivated employees to progress quickly. • While technology in general and technology recruiting in particular are fast-moving fields where people do change jobs frequently, it’s worth noting that more than half of our recruiters have been with the company for over five years.
