8yI am sorry to hear that you were disappointed with our training program. Keeping your skills current is essential in our business. That is why we have a mixture of formal and informal hands-on training which can be adapted to different learning styles.
I would encourage any Nexient employee who would like to study a new technology, develop their skills in another area such as being a Srcum Master, or another area of training to talk to his/her Nexient mentor (sometimes called “coach” or “home director”) about different options that are available.
