Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback and apologies that I've been slow in getting a response to you. I'm glad to see you highlight that we are creating an environment that let's you learn and rewards people who are motivated to keep pushing themselves to get better as designers, developers, or product managers. Our goal is to create an environment where you can continue to grow, both through the client work and the other opportunities to learn internally. I appreciate your feedback on focusing on the Fortune 500, but we do work with smaller companies as well. About 2/3 of our clients are enterprise/F500 and the other 1/3 are fast growing technology companies (where we are usually helping them build their software product). Our technology clients range from extremely early stage seed companies, through to publicly traded tech companies, but many of them are venture-backed and still early in their life cycles. We'll keep pushing for more of both: our F500 clients typically have us working on customer-facing apps which push us on usability and our tech company clients also push us on the latest technology and architecture.
