Thanks for sharing this feedback. You’ve highlighted some of our strengths: great environment, great people, learning opportunities and clients. You may be somewhat early in your career as a developer (I’m guessing this because you mentioned boot camps), and wishing your starting salary were higher. I believe you will find what other posters have mentioned: your salary will advance rapidly as your skills do. In fact, one of the ways to build those skills is to take on those challenging projects you mentioned. However at Nexient you should never feel you’re on your own with a challenge, whether on an internal project or client work.
