1. No one cares if you are doing right, just cater unprofessional client 2. Office policies surround, no one really teaches you anything, a lot of nonsense meetings 3. Neg people in the performance review based on some concepts, never treat a team as family and help each other 4. No nice smell in the office at all 5. bad benefit, little helping insurance and garage 401k, very min vest and will be taken away and trash your 401k account immediately after you leave
