It's pathetic when you're with a company for less than a year and you're already looking for a new job. Very much a fire now, ask questions (if they ever even ask them) later environment. A "good 'ole boy's club" where a few hold all the power, have no concerns for their actions, and do not want to see things change. Here's what you can expect from working at Nexient: BELOW AVERAGE pay, inept senior management, inconsistent work, and terrible HR leadership.
