      I can’t think of any.

      Cons

      Very high attrition rate, tough to hold onto top talent since pay is not par with other companies. Mediocre at best. Most of the junior developers are very bad, definitely need to reevaluate the hiring process, sometimes it’s long hours for senior developers to make up for it. Again, what you pay is what you get!

      Pros

      Completely remote position. Good package. Employee Friendly management.

      Cons

      Got acquired by another big company and then layoffs happened. Policies got less employee friendly.

      Had good exciting opportunities to explore technically

      Some of the management folks were short sighted and forced technical teams on temporary solutions rather than long term solutions to satisfy the clients
