I came to Nexient in hopes that I could transform myself, and can honestly say that after 2-years I have done just that. At Nexient, the teamwork and collaboration are something I've never experienced before. Here, I am treated like a person and not an employee and go into work each day feeling like an asset to my team. I feel like I have all the tools I need to continue to grow and couldn't be more thankful for my work-family. My peers help build me up and my leaders encourage me to step out of my comfort zone.
