Only few people out of couple hundred people got promotions be - Management bribes people to post reviews - Company's business model is like an Indian call centers, don't expect much - Compensation is low, they pay Jr. $40-50k, mid. $53-65k, not enough to live in Ann Arbor - Clients expects to get things done today and management expects to get things done now - HR is big time trouble at this place.
