I’ve worked here about a year and a half, and it’s gone well. I’m completely remote and given a lot of leeway on how I work. My only issue is that the company seems to be having issues attracting clients, and I ended up on “the bench” for a few months, which wasn’t great. Nice that they continue to pay when you are on the bench though.

No major issues, just a little concerned about long term prospects.

Some of the management folks were short sighted and forced technical teams on temporary solutions rather than long term solutions to satisfy the clients
