Work load is light and client request was not complex, managers are willing to help with questions. Flexible schedule as long as you complete tasks from client.

Nothing in particular to my point. I wasn't get payed well back then, maybe should argued with my offer before I took it.

Some of the management folks were short sighted and forced technical teams on temporary solutions rather than long term solutions to satisfy the clients
