Pros
When I joined over 5 years ago Nexient was a growing company who cared about their employees and the company culture. Since acquired by NTT Data, all of that has gone out the window. The only pros to make note of are that the work-life balance can be good depending on what client you work for, and roles are fully remote.
Cons
Rather than retaining talent, they are going to let go of people who cannot find a client after 10 weeks (6 weeks paid, 4 weeks unpaid), maybe a little more if you've been with Nexient for a certain amount of time. Little to no raises the past couple of years although 3 separate layoff periods have happened. Salaries are less than average.
