I worked there almost a year.
No matter what your skill set, They are going to put you wherever they want.
It is an agile shop. Which they live breathe and eat.
This means that the projects are bidded on with a skeleton staff in mind.
Meaning, you can play on working overtime.
My first project really had no chance, but because we were a talented group we did get it done (BARELY).
We were promised a bonus in the one meeting, before working all the extra hours. (100 hours of overtime)
Yeah we got our bonus, it was going out to dinner. Not exactly what we expected.
They have a bunch of young coders. A few experienced and good ones.
They have allot of turnover at the company.
Not many people have been there longer than 2 yrs.
I would not reccommened working here.
One of the head hunters I was working with before taking this job, told me in advance what to expect
going to work for Nexient (AKA Systems In Motion).
He was 100% accurate.
