Where do I start. Management does not care about your personal life. They promised to train and cross train, never got any training when I was promoted from editor to producer. I do not get paied enough to do other work because my coworkers want to slack off. My tired blew out one Sunday morning (I work very early in the A.M) and I need to figure out what to do with my car I never call out and they threaten to fire me if I didn’t come in and start a show. And the person on call was not answering and management did not want to help me so I had to figure everything out without having a car. My coworkers are rude. No one wants to work together. Was promised not to be on the night shift for long but been in it for a year and they lied to me about that. This company does not care about the people they hire, the paycheck is very little and I am the only female that works on a late shift so I get picked on by older male constituents. No wonder there is a producer shortage here. Management picks favorites.
