- Opportunity to make an impact and be a part of a great team - Good benefits, Unlimited PTO, Flexible schedule, Maternity AND Paternity leave - GREAT culture, work hard play hard - Competitive pay

Cons

- Entrepreneurial and not for the faint of heart - Fast paced with high expectations all around - Work happens when it needs to, so hours can be long if required (management recognized this in the reason for rolling out unlimited PTO)

Thanks for the feedback and the review! I'm glad to hear the culture is something you value and see as a positive for Next Gear-- I believe our culture is what sets us apart. Sometimes we are a little too fast-paced for our own good, huh? This is an area of focus for me, and my hope is that with some strengthened processes this year and an analysis of our organizational structure we'll find areas where were can improve.
