Not only is Next Gear a leader and innovator in its industry, management also truly cares for the employees. Due to Next Gear's success and growth, everyday is a new experience. I have learned so much through my time at Next Gear and have always felt valued as an employee. Management is always adding new employee perks such as flexible PTO, gym memberships and tuition assistance. Next Gear also gives back to our community. It is fun and exciting to work for a growing company that also cares for its employees and local community!

Next Gear has experienced fast growth which can be stressful, but also adds to the excitement and gives a sense of accomplishment and value to the work you perform which is rare to find.
