Pros

This is the best organization I’ve ever worked for. Management truly cares about employees and makes thoughtful decisions. I don’t always agree with outcome but I appreciate how candid everyone is. The culture is amazing! Industry standard pay or above.

Cons

There are too many customer commitments that stifles real innovation. Work / Life balance can be a challenge with so much going on but everyone pulls together and management recognizes when folks need a break.
