Pros

First and foremost, working with the children is great and it's amazing to watch them progress. I've also made a lot of great friends here. Benefits are also decent. A good place to get good experience.

Cons

Ever since being bought out by a bigger company the place has gone downhill. Management doesn't seem to care as much about their employees as much as they used to. Health insurance has also gone up and there are a lot more restrictions.

Pros

Sabrina is approachable and always willing to help when you have a question. She listens and takes action when needed. The work environment at NGCC in Hopkinton feels organized, and communication is clear.

Cons

It can sometimes take a while to get coverage for a quick break, which can be tough during busy parts of the day. Paid time off accrual feels slow, and it can be hard to take time off without feeling like you’re falling behind though I understand some of that is beyond center-level control.
