Pros

I do believe I worked with some of the most passionate daycare teachers. They really put a lot into their work. I did love how the center I worked stuck to truly meeting regulations. Overall, I think this is one of the best daycares around in a flawed daycare employment system.

Cons

Turnover is very high, much like other daycares. The company is very corporate and it often feels like the employees are not cared about. Definitely money driven, not child-focused. Because turn over was so high, many employee who should have been let go, stayed on for too long. Some employees would skip work frequently.

Pros

Sabrina is approachable and always willing to help when you have a question. She listens and takes action when needed. The work environment at NGCC in Hopkinton feels organized, and communication is clear.

Cons

It can sometimes take a while to get coverage for a quick break, which can be tough during busy parts of the day. Paid time off accrual feels slow, and it can be hard to take time off without feeling like you’re falling behind though I understand some of that is beyond center-level control.
