Pros

Next Generation Children's Center is a wonderful childcare center to work at. The staff are some of the most professional and educated teachers I've had the opportunity to work with. The administration respect the teachers feedback and include them in the decision making process when able to. The care and education of the children is top priority and you'll know how valued you are when working here.

Cons

There is no 401K match unfortunately.

Pros

Sabrina is approachable and always willing to help when you have a question. She listens and takes action when needed. The work environment at NGCC in Hopkinton feels organized, and communication is clear.

Cons

It can sometimes take a while to get coverage for a quick break, which can be tough during busy parts of the day. Paid time off accrual feels slow, and it can be hard to take time off without feeling like you’re falling behind though I understand some of that is beyond center-level control.
