Pros

Friendly, loved the kids. Good environment. Management was very welcoming and understanding. Never had any trouble getting supplies or materials for my class. They also compensated me for any professional certification courses I took while working there.

Cons

Low pay, the professional certification courses didn't end up being particularly useful, as they were an emergency measure for Covid, and they rolled them back a day before I finished.

Pros

Sabrina is approachable and always willing to help when you have a question. She listens and takes action when needed. The work environment at NGCC in Hopkinton feels organized, and communication is clear.

Cons

It can sometimes take a while to get coverage for a quick break, which can be tough during busy parts of the day. Paid time off accrual feels slow, and it can be hard to take time off without feeling like you’re falling behind though I understand some of that is beyond center-level control.
