Pros

Independence - if you work, then you're free to set your schedule for the most part (there are certain hours that need to be covered to meet with clients). Growth Encouraged - The CEO likes his people to learn so he's provided several resources to education/professional development. Invests in Resources/Tools - NextBee has no problem investing in equipment and resources when/where it makes sense. The Ratings Explained: (I think it's important to understand why the ratings were given below.) Career Opportunities: There's a great number of opportunities to learn new skills and grow. Compensation & Benefits: The compensation here is good but unfortunately, there are no health benefits (I have good ones, but that's because I knew how to find them!). Work/Life Balance: We deal with multiple time zones so it can be a challenge to turn the work off and set boundaries for when you're available and when you're not but that's also my fault - I'm a bit of a workaholic. Senior Management: Great vision but they have too much on their plate. Trust in people to do the jobs they're hired for and guide/direct when needed so you can work on the business vs. in it. Culture & Values: the culture is very laid back but hard work is expected (and rewarded).

Cons

Multiple projects can be assigned at once so you can get pulled in too many directions. Changes can come quickly - always looking to adapt and grow there can be changes made quickly to your job and responsibilities. But, communicate and be flexible and it can be fun and managed. Otherwise, it becomes stressful. Lack of processes and coherent collateral - this is being fixed (one of my projects actually) so it's getting better, just takes patience.

Pros

I have been with the company since 2014 and have received priceless mentor-ship to grow within the role itself and within the company. We are given a lot of creative freedom within our roles which allows us think creatively and take ownership.

Cons

Sometimes you have to wear multiple hats within the organization but that also serves as positive because it allows for advancement within the company.

Pros

Advanced Pay/Health Insurance Options. Otherwise there isn't much else I can say about this company versus others I've worked with.

Cons

* Very hard to get information you need to do you're job. * Workflow is hellbent on using slow remote desktop VM to be able to do your job. * Management or developers don't listen to criticism or take advice to improve workflow and deployment procedures and is stuck on using older technology.
