Pros

You can go about your work in a very relaxed manner. As long as you are delivering results, no one will say a word. You will get plenty of chance to learn new technologies.

Cons

One issue during my time has been yearly increments are low. Training programs are just not up to mark yet.

Location: Local Being left with little to no direction encouraged significant personal as professional growth.

Cons

No structure, dishonest CEO, lack of policy, lack of integrity and honesty. NO BENEFITS. NO yearly reviews. NO bonuses One week vacation regardless of how many years you are with ththe company.
