Pros

Nextbridge provides client based services. Employees work in Virtual teams. They provide In patient coverage. Medical benefits ranges in 4 or 5 different categories based on seniority, also they provide ~20 off days in a year.

Cons

Salaries are not above average. Development managers are not able to properly evaluate employee performance, because some times they are not directly monitoring the products that are built by virtual teams.

Location: Local Being left with little to no direction encouraged significant personal as professional growth.

Cons

No structure, dishonest CEO, lack of policy, lack of integrity and honesty. NO BENEFITS. NO yearly reviews. NO bonuses One week vacation regardless of how many years you are with ththe company.
