Pros
It was second home to most of the employees, the work life balance within the campus was very impressive. There was no hard and fast company culture, teams were responsible for creating their own culture, work ethics, team collaboration, client communication and overlap etc. Regular events were arranged and daily fresh food was prepared and served by the companies employees themselves in a very hygienic way.
Cons
Perks were not up to the mark, salary, increments and bonuses were below average.
