Pros
Leadership: fantastic leaders across the organization. They truly care about creating a platform that cultivates a kinder world where everyone has a neighborhood to rely on. They also care about employee growth and having intentional conversations around career development. Culture: speaking purely from my experience working in SF HQ, it's a fun group! People are friendly and welcoming.
Cons
Coming from a very large organization prior to joining Nextdoor, they truly mean when they say you need to be gritty to be successful here. The level of empowerment and autonomy you're given is great, although it also means that whatever you do (both the good and the not so good) is highly visible to everyone.
