Pay not, worth it - Production Nexteer Automotive Employee Review

Terrible employer/employee relationship and they arent willing to improve it. Has a huge unemployment pool to draw from so your seen as expendable once they burn you out. Alot of corporate politics going on and the company wants to break the union with employees caught in the middle not knowing what is going on half the time. Lay offs will come out of nowhere (politics), supervisors often disregard all imput from their floormen and treat them pretty horribly causing a stressful toxic work environment.
