Great place to work during college. Great bosses and I certainly learned alot and got paid well.

I only saw the manufacturing finance part of the business. I would have enjoyed seeing and working with other departments within finance.

Everyone was super helpful! The onboarding process was very simple to follow, and I always felt like I had someone I could turn to with any of my questions. My boss was very patient and extremely helpful in my growth as a designer! I learned so much and draw on my experience at Nexteer often as my career continues.

I have no complaints about my experience!
